COVID 19 NOTES ?
We continue to try to work closely with the government guidelines on health & safety measures to ensure we keep us and yourself in a safe space, here's how you can help.
Until further notice there will be NO facial massages.
1. We will be adhering to social distancing measures which means we may limit the number of people allowed within the work area at one time. Whether this be in your home or at the residence of Holistic Healing Hands.
2. Wash and sanitise your hands often to prevent the spread of bacteria. Try to do this prior to arriving to your appointment and once you're inside (we will supply hand sanitizer ).
3. If you're feeling unwell, have been ill recently, or have been in contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19, please do not attend any appointments. Don't worry, rescheduling is easy (even if you've pre-paid). Just contact us for assistance.
4. Though massage is a direct contact therapy we will avoid hugging, shaking hands or any physical contact that's not necessary during the appointment. This, again, adheres to social distancing measures and prevents the potential spread of germs.
5. Please bring a drink with you to your appointment (like a bottle of WATER)
6. Pay for your treatment in via PayPal / BACS whilst attending your APPOINTMENT.
7. If you've been advised to wear a mask, please do so.
*All initial consultations will be carried out over the telephone.

Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing can coincide with any massage : By receiving crystal healing during a massage, it will enhance the energies received. Using crystals in massages can reduce not only muscle pain but also reduce blocked energy stored in the mind and soul.
However, it can also be done on its own as an individual therapy.
Crystal Healing incorporated with any massage £10.00 (15 Minutes)
Crystal Healing with Meditation £15.00 (30 minutes)
Crystal Healing with Meditation £25.00 (60 minutes)
Psychotherapy
Each session will be for 30-45 minutes face to face. This session could include talk, art or music therapy.
When incorporated it with other therapy service that we offer 30 -45 minutes talking therapy will be an offer of £8.
Talk therapy, as an individual therapy, will be set at £20 per session.
This service is also available via online chat, on a secure platform, from the comfort of your own home. These sessions are between 60 - 90 minutes, and at a 50% reduced rate.
